Concentric butterfly valve
Concentric butterfly valve can be used as shut-off and control valves in the following application environment: water, steam, gas, petroleum products, acids and alkalis, seawater, food products.
Concentric butterfly valve with a lined disc and housing are designed for use in pipelines and systems where high requirements for resistance to aggressive environment are imposed. 100% fluoroplast coating of the flow part of the housing and the shutter disc completely eliminates the contact of the working medium with the materials of the main parts.
Concentric butterfly valve can be equipped with electric actuators, pneumatic actuators, manual override gearboxes, manual gears.
Temperature range: -20 °C ... 200 °C

Upper flange
The upper flange is made according to ISO 5211 with a square or round stem for installing any type of actuators
- HousingHigh-quality casting made of cast iron, carbon steel or stainless steel. The types of connections used are flange, interflange and interflange with threaded eyes

Disk
The disc mount is made with a keyless connection which provides an ideal contact area ensuring the maximum possible torque transmission. The disc can be made of cast iron or stainless steel. The disc can be lined allowing the use of the butterfly valve in aggressive environments.
- SealingThe sealing collar can be made of EPDM, NBR, PTFE, Viton and other materials. The presence of a sealing collar does not require additional gaskets between the valve and the mating flanges. Additionally a soft EPDM or NBR collar can reduce the valve's torque.
